Returns

Unsold books or books damaged in transit may be returned for credit.
Unsold books may only be returned for credit three months after the invoice date, and no later than 12 months after the invoice date. The books must be resaleable, free of retailers' stickers and in pristine condition, otherwise the books will be returned to the customer at their expense and no credit will be given.
The books must be properly packaged and shipped prepaid by the customer. Bulk discounted purchases are non-returnable, except in the case of books damaged in transit.

If books are damaged in transit please notify us immediately by phone or email.
We must okay the return; then the books should be returned immediately.
The Experience Publishers reserves the right to replace the books or issue a credit.
